Integrated in vitro toxicokinetics and toxicodynamics to advance multi-organ toxicity testing (INTACT)

INTACT will take a tiered approach to modularly connect multiple New Approach Methodologies (NAMs). With the integration of in vitro and in silico assays, we aim to mimic physiologically relevant exposure routes and the subsequent order of distribution to target organs while accounting for barriers and metabolism. This approach aims to increase the translatability and predictive value of NAMs for higher throughput human toxicity testing.
